High Hills

Today when I woke up I could feel the breeze of the Indian Ocean. Some birds were doing some strange noises and lots of crabs were coming out of the sand through the holes that they scarb themselves on a daily basis. ;)
But I had a very special moment this morning when I was getting dressed, cause I had a brief put powerful dejavu.
I could still feel the pain of how uncomfortable was to be always wearing high hills to go to work and also during my 12h daily shift. And today, in that moment when I was putting my shoes on to head up to the office, I realized how lucky I am to be wearing flip flops instead of high hills. And obviously I had the biggest smile of the world on my face. And YES, it was pure happiness.
That's one of the positive and beautiful  things of being working on an island. You won't find any streets or highways or any cars, what you will find is just a bunch of sand.
